Jessica Bainbridge is a human behaviour specialist, keynote speaker and professional mentalist who helps leaders truly understand the people around them.

Jessica is on a mission to help professionals and teams build better people skills. She gives professionals and organisations the tools to read people better, communicate with more impact and build genuine human connections.

These abilities didn't always come naturally to her. After struggling with connection and communication early in life, she became fascinated with understanding why people behave the way they do. Leaning into stage performance and the art of mentalism, Jessica learned to connect with people and read the subtle signals, patterns and body language tells that most people don’t notice.

Throughout her career across sales, communications, and events, she saw firsthand how much social intelligence matters and how rarely it is taught.

In today’s world, these human capabilities are becoming increasingly more important and Jessica works with businesses and teams to build the one skill that technology can never replace.
